TrustLand is willing to look at any loan request secured by land. Borrowing situations that TrustLand will consider:

1. Borrower has an imperfect credit history.
2. Borrower only owns an undivided interest.
3. Borrower needs a loan in excess of 80% of the appraised value.
4. Borrower has a property with no public access.

In addition to direct lending, TrustLand is very interested in purchasing existing loans secured by a first or second mortgage on land. At TrustLand, we will provide a free quote on a loan that you may want to sell. As with most loans sold in the secondary market, there will be some discount to address administration costs, current interest rates and the fixed term of the loan.
