We have a strong background in both land acquisitions and management.  Each tract purchased is analyzed to determine its highest and best use.  Once the highest and best use has been determined, a detailed “land plan” is established to maximize the total return on the investment.  It is this process that allows TrustLand to be very competitive in land acquisitions.  In this business, the investor with the best “land plan” is the buyer.

Finally, we pride ourselves in innovative transactions.  Many of our purchases involve 1031 tax deferred funds and/or multiple parcel exchanges.  Also, we actively seek undivided interests, leasehold or leased fee positions in land.
